Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Management:  Collaborate with our executive team to develop and execute a visionary talent management strategy aligned with our aggressive growth plans.
  • End-to-End Talent Lifecycle: Lead the entire talent lifecycle, from sourcing and selection to onboarding and retention, ensuring a steady pipeline of exceptional professionals.
  • Performance Empowerment: Spearhead the implementation of an impactful performance management system and career development framework that empowers our team to excel.
  • KPI Champion: Utilize performance metrics to elevate our HR function, exceeding departmental goals and driving our organization’s success.
  • Cultural Visionary: Partner with executives to reinforce our cultural vision, embedding it in every aspect of our practices and inspiring a shared sense of purpose.
  • Innovative Insights: Stay at the forefront of HR trends, bringing fresh perspectives and best practices to elevate our company’s initiatives.
  • Policy & Compliance: Craft and uphold HR policies that resonate with our unique culture, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

  • Efficiency Advocate: Optimize HR systems and processes for efficiency while managing resources effectively.
  • Budget Stewardship: Collaborate on payroll and HR budgeting, ensuring financial goals are met without compromising excellence.
  • Integration Maven: Oversee the seamless integration of talent from acquisitions, ensuring cultural alignment and a smooth transition.

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of progressive HR experience and leadership
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas effectively.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Demonstrated leadership acumen with a history of driving positive change.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and implementing innovative processes.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Talent Management Systems, and Payroll Systems.
  • Willingness to travel to remote offices and non-local interviews when required.
