Project Manager

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and have a proven track record in project management, with a focus on acquisition integration. This role requires proficiency in material requirements planning (MRP) and integrating information into an ERP solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • Drive acquisition integration efforts, including planning, execution, and post-merger activities.
  • Utilize material requirements planning (MRP) principles to optimize resource allocation and inventory management.
  • Oversee ERP integrations, to include BOMs, item masters, and general information.
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices, standards, and methodologies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on acquisition integration.
  • Strong understanding of material requirements planning (MRP) principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
