Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer
Kevin McLeod is a dynamic CEO and entrepreneur with over 29 years of experience in the medical technology industry. He held executive leadership roles in marketing, sales, and business development at Stryker Corporation. During his tenure at Stryker, he demonstrated a history of success in portfolio and strategic development. In 2010, he launched the Michigan Medical Device Accelerator providing strategic direction for early-stage growth companies, including Impact Athletic, which he led to its successful acquisition by Rogers Athletic.
Kevin’s decades of medical and leadership experience led to the founding of C2Dx in 2019. He serves as president and CEO, leading the team on its mission to bring products and people to their fullest potential.
Chief Financial Officer
Jen Brant is a growth-oriented CFO with over 20 years of experience in the rehabilitation, wellness, and healthcare markets. She is a financial leader with a track record of success in building a start-up company into a global market leader. In her previous role as one of the first employees at NuStep, Jen guided the company, providing financial oversight and strategic planning to grow to over 100 employees with over $30 million in revenue.
Jen’s history of success positions her well to lead C2Dx as CFO, growing a successful team and acquiring new products with tremendous potential.
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Ben Burnham is a strategic sales leader with over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing. For a decade, he developed sales and marketing programs in Stryker’s Craniomaxillofacial, Foot and Ankle, and ENT divisions. In his role as Vice President/General Manager for a marine construction business, he applied his sales management expertise while building a culture of safety and success, leading the company through its most profitable years to date.
As VP of Sales and Marketing, Ben leverages his marketing, sales management, and client management to grow sales revenue and contribute to the profitability of C2Dx.
Senior Director of Marketing and Customer Experience
Sarah Hollingsworth is a multifaceted leader with over a decade of experience, including 8 years in product and software development consulting. She has spearheaded 60+ product and application designs, multiple brand launches, and numerous innovative marketing campaigns that have resulted in increased market share and revenue growth.
As Senior Director of Marketing and Customer Experience, Sarah’s ability to lead with a customer-centric approach, and navigate the complex landscape of medical device marketing, continues to be a driving force in the company’s mission to provide leading products and superior service to clinicians and patients worldwide.
Brad Beale has over 30 years of experience in the medical device industry, including nearly 20 years as VP of Research and Development for Smith and Nephew ENT and Senior VP of Rhinology Global Business Unit. Most recently, he spent 17 years as president and CEO of Hemostatix Medical Technologies prior to its successful integration with C2Dx.
Brad continues to apply his decades of medical device knowledge as General Manager of Tennessee operations for C2Dx.
Vice President of Operations
Ryan Eggleston has over 12 years of experience in the medical device industry. He also served 10 years as a Combat Medic in the U.S. Army and has since leveraged his clinical, trauma, and leadership skills into operations, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance roles at Stryker Instruments and now C2Dx.
Ryan’s role of VP of Operations allows him to flex his years of experience to devise, deploy, and monitor processes to boost C2Dx’s long-term business success.
Alexis Smith is an experienced executive with an ability to identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions. In her previous role as Business Consulting Manager at EY, she specialized in delivering supply chain and finance transformations that improved operational performance and enabled rapid, scalable growth.
As CXO, Alexis leads strategic operations and enables C2Dx’s mission by executing strategic initiatives and growth plans across the organization.
